Warranty & repair terms

90-day repair warranty

• Every repair is covered for 90 days from the date on your repair invoice.
• Screen (LCD) replacement is the one exception: it is covered for 30 days, because a display can be damaged by pressure or a knock that leaves no visible mark.
• It covers the part we fitted and the work we did.
• Bring the device and the invoice to either branch — we inspect it and fix any covered fault at no charge.

What is not covered

• New physical damage, drops, cracks or pressure marks after the repair.
• Liquid damage that happens after the repair.
• Devices opened or repaired by anyone else after us.
• Software problems unrelated to the repair, and data loss.

Before we start

• We inspect the device and confirm the price with you before any work.
• If we find another fault, we call you first — nothing extra is done without your approval.
• Back up your data. We don’t open your files, but no repair can guarantee data on a failing drive.

Used devices we sell

• Used Macs sold by Mak Doctor carry a 90-day warranty, written on the sales invoice.
