Questions about MacBook Battery Replacement
How do I check my battery health?
Apple menu → System Settings → Battery → Battery Health. For the cycle count: hold Option, click the Apple menu → System Information → Power.
A swollen battery — is it dangerous?
Yes. Stop charging it and bring it in quickly. A swollen battery can crack the trackpad and damage the case.
How long does a MacBook repair take?
Batteries, software and cleaning are usually done the same day. Screens and logic boards usually take 1–2 days, depending on part availability.
Do I need an appointment?
No — you can walk into either branch. Booking ahead on WhatsApp lets us have the part ready, which often makes it a same-day job.
