How we cover a city the size of Riyadh with two workshops
Riyadh is more than 1,900 km² and a repair shop in the wrong part of it is a 45-minute drive. We solved that in two ways. The Olaya workshop sits in the centre, where King Fahd Road, Olaya Street and Makkah Road meet, so it is reachable from the south, west and centre in 15–25 minutes. The Al-Mursalat workshop sits on King Abdulaziz Road just south of the Northern Ring Road, covering the fast-growing north and north-east.
For everyone who would rather not drive, Aramex collects from your door anywhere in Riyadh, usually the same or next working day, and returns the repaired device the same way — free in both directions. Pickup is the normal choice for iMacs, for offices, and for anyone in the far east or far south of the city.
Both workshops repair the same devices with the same senior technicians, genuine parts and warranty, so the choice is only about convenience.

Which branch should I choose?
North of King Abdullah Road: Al-Mursalat. South, west and centre: Olaya. East Riyadh works with either; most eastern customers use pickup.
Do you have technicians who come to my home?
We diagnose and repair in the workshop, where the microscopes, parts and test equipment are. Aramex brings the device to us and back to you for free, which is faster and safer than a bench in a car.
Is pickup really free inside Riyadh?
Yes, in both directions, for any repair you approve. If you decline the quote we return the device at cost.
How fast is pickup in Riyadh?
Booked before 2 PM, usually collected the same day; otherwise the next working day.
Can a company book pickups for several devices?
Yes. We collect batches from offices, schools and clinics anywhere in Riyadh and issue a single VAT invoice.
