Getting to us from north Riyadh
The Al-Mursalat workshop is at Shop #7, Surraya Computer Market, on King Abdulaziz Road between the Northern Ring Road and King Abdullah Road. From Al Yasmin, Al Narjis or Al Malqa take the Northern Ring Road east and exit at King Abdulaziz Road southbound — about 15 minutes outside rush hour. From Hittin, Al Nakheel and KAFD, King Abdulaziz Road itself brings you straight here in about 10 minutes. From Al Sahafa, Al Rabie and Al Nada it is 10–15 minutes via Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road.
Parking is at the Surraya market itself; the shop is at ground level, so an iMac can be carried in without stairs. If you are in the far north — Al Arid, Al Qairawan, Al Nafal, Al Aqiq, Banban — or simply busy, book a free Aramex pickup: collections in north Riyadh booked before 2 PM are usually made the same day.

I am in Al Yasmin. Is Al-Mursalat or Olaya closer?
Al-Mursalat, by about 15 minutes. Olaya is a 30–40 minute drive from Al Yasmin at most times of day.
Can you collect from an office in KAFD?
Yes. Aramex collects from the tower reception; tell us the building and a contact name. Many KAFD customers use the same-day pickup and next-day return.
Do you keep MacBook Air M2 and M3 parts at Al-Mursalat?
Yes — the most common Air and Pro screens, batteries and keyboards are stocked at both workshops.
Is the Friday opening different?
Yes. Al-Mursalat opens at 5:30 PM on Friday and 11:30 AM on other days.
What if I prefer the Olaya branch?
Both branches do the same work with the same warranty. Olaya is open from 9:30 AM, which some northern customers prefer for an early drop-off on the way to work.
Can I wait while my MacBook is repaired at Al-Mursalat?
For battery, keyboard-top-case parts in stock, macOS installs and many screen replacements, yes — book ahead on WhatsApp and most of these are done the same day, often within a few hours. Board-level and liquid-damage work needs longer.
I work in KAFD but live in Al Narjis. Can the courier collect at work and return at home?
Yes. Give us both addresses when you book; the collection and the return can go to different places in Riyadh at no extra cost.
Do you repair Apple Silicon MacBooks (M1–M4) at the north branch?
Yes. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging and logic-board faults on every Apple Silicon MacBook Air and Pro are handled at Al-Mursalat, with the same warranty as Olaya.
