Apple and MacBook Repair in West Riyadh
From Irqah, Al Khuzama, Al Mohammadiyah, Dhahrat Laban, Tuwaiq and Diriyah, King Khalid Road and Makkah Road lead straight to our Olaya workshop in 15–25 minutes. King Saud University staff and students are our most frequent western visitors.
Getting to Olaya from the west
Makkah Road is the spine of west Riyadh and it ends almost at our door: the Olaya workshop is at Saif Group Computer Market on Olaya Street, just north of the Makkah Road and King Fahd Road interchange. From Al Mohammadiyah, Al Rahmaniyah and Al Khuzama it is 10–15 minutes; from Irqah, King Saud University and Diriyah 15–20 minutes along King Khalid Road and Makkah Road; from Dhahrat Laban, Tuwaiq, Al Suwaidi and Namar 20–25 minutes via the Western Ring Road and Makkah Road.
Park inside the market and take the lift to the first floor, Store #17. We open at 9:30 AM, so students and faculty from KSU often drop a MacBook on the way in and collect it on the way home the same evening. For the far west — Al Mahdiyah, Laban, Al Uraija, Namar — Aramex pickup is free and usually same day when booked before 2 PM.
West Riyadh is also where many of our Diriyah hospitality and heritage-project customers are; they use pickup for office batches and get one VAT invoice.

I am at King Saud University. How far is Olaya?
About 15–20 minutes via King Khalid Road and Makkah Road. Many students drop off in the morning and collect the same evening.
Do you collect from Diriyah?
Yes — Diriyah, Bujairi and the surrounding districts are covered by free Aramex pickup, usually same day.
Is there student pricing?
Starting prices are the same for everyone and published on our price list; we keep common Air and 13" Pro repairs affordable and tell you if a repair is not worth it.
Can you recover my thesis from a dead MacBook?
In most cases yes, including Apple Silicon machines with soldered storage. Stop using the device and bring it or book a pickup today.
Which workshop is better for Tuwaiq and Dhahrat Laban?
Olaya, via the Western Ring Road and Makkah Road. Al-Mursalat is 35–45 minutes from the far west.
Can I drop my MacBook at Olaya in the morning and collect it the same evening?
For in-stock screens, batteries, keyboards and macOS work, usually yes. Olaya opens at 9:30 AM Saturday to Thursday; send the model on WhatsApp the night before so we can reserve the part.
Do you serve offices in the Diplomatic Quarter and Diriyah projects?
Yes. We collect from offices and project sites by Aramex, repair at Olaya and return with one VAT invoice for the batch.
Is my data safe if I send a MacBook from KSU for repair?
Repairs do not require erasing your data. We only ask for your login password when a test needs it, and data recovery jobs are handled by the same technician from start to finish. Back up first if the Mac still works.
