FAQ

Questions about SSD & RAM Upgrade

Can every Mac be upgraded?
No. Apple silicon MacBooks have memory and storage soldered to the board. Most iMacs and many 2013–2017 MacBooks can be upgraded — send us your model and we'll confirm.
How long does a MacBook repair take?
Batteries, software and cleaning are usually done the same day. Screens and logic boards usually take 1–2 days, depending on part availability.
Do I need an appointment?
No — you can walk into either branch. Booking ahead on WhatsApp lets us have the part ready, which often makes it a same-day job.
